Dr Renu Sharma (MA, PhD, PG Dip in CAH) is retired Associate Professor from the Department of Psychology, The M. S. University of Baroda, Vadodara.  She has teaching experience of more than 25 years. During her tenure she taught various subjects including Counseling Psychology, Indian Psychology, and Hypnotherapy. She was a faculty and the coordinator for PG Diploma course in Clinical and Applied Hypnosis run by the department of psychology. She also worked with clients in the departmental Counselling Center. She has around 30 publications in reputed journals in the related field; has participated and presented papers in over 45 National/International conferences/workshops in India; and coordinated five workshops on clinical hypnotherapy. She, along with Dr Palan, has edited a book on Hypnosis.

 

Currently, she is full-fledged practicing counsellor and hypnotherapist. She counsels on various kinds of psychological issues faced by people of all ages. She continues to be one of the faculties to counsel clients in the Counseling Center and external teaching faculty in Diploma course in Clinical and Applied Hypnosis run by the department of psychology. She has sound knowledge of academics and practicing psychology.
