About the expert:

Neha Golchha is a New Zealand Psychologists Board Registered &  RCI - registered  Clinical Psychologist with over 7 years of experience. She is a Professional Affiliate member of the New Zealand Psychological Society (NZPS) and Association of Contextual Behavioural Science (ACBS). She completed her M.Phil from Osmania University .She has extensively worked with multicultural clients and specializes in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (Trained for Linehan Institute),Mindfulness and Compassion Therapy (Trained from Harvard Medical School) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (Trained by Louise Hayes). Ms. Neha  has also held Clinical positions at Delhi Technology University (DTU) and Regional Forensic Psychiatry Service, Auckland. Presently, she is working with the District Health Board in the Department of Liaison Psychiatry in Auckland, New Zealand. She also has her own private practice  and has founded “The ClearPath Services” with the aim of providing evidence-based interventions and making mental health services accessible to all.
