Holding a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology, she has completed professional training in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) at the Albert Ellis Institute, as well as a Professional Certification in Art Psychotherapy from the Canadian International Institute of Art Therapy. Additionally, she is a certified Yoga Teacher.Her therapeutic approach emphasizes the promotion of emotional resilience, self-regulation,and overall mental well-being.
